NEW VISA/PERMIT REGULATION.
With IMMEDIATE effect the
following public hours 08:30 to 15:30 have been divided as follows:
Deposit of Visa Applications :
0830 to 12:30
Collection of Passports : 12:30
NOTE : ALL APPLICATIONS
MUST BE MADE IN PERSON AT THE EMBASSY. APPLICATIONS WILL
NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED BY MAIL/COURIER/TRAVEL AGENT.
APPLICATION FORMS ARE NO LONGER PUBLISHED ON THE INTERNET AND CAN BE
COMPLETED IN PERSON AT THE EMBASSY. PLEASE ALLOW FOR SUFFICIENT TIME TO
COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION.
Note to Travel Agents /
Companies : An original booklet form can be collected at the Embassy
and you may make your own copies. However, PLEASE NOTE that
no application will be accepted which does not conform to the booklet
specification. Pages may NOT be completed and stapled on the
left hand corner. The application must be in booklet format.
Passports can be
collected by a third party.
: The Embassy will NOT accept internet transfers.
Applicants must visit the nearest Nordea Branch and deposit the
application fee into the Embassy Bank Account and bring the Bank
receipt with them to attach to their application.
:All applicants are kindly requested to make an appointment
to lodge a visa application. Appointments are available at 15min
intervals commencing at 08:30 with the final appointment at
